Premise Inspections
- Premise Inspections was established in 2013 by Murray Bell to provide professional, independent building and pest inspections throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland. With more than 30 years of experience in the Australian building industry, we help home buyers, property owners and investors make informed decisions with confidence. As a QBCC-licensed Building and Pest Inspector, Premise Inspections is qualified to inspect all classes of buildings within the scope of visual building inspections. Every inspection is completed in accordance with the intent of AS 4349.1 (Pre-purchase Building Inspections) and AS 4349.3 (Timber Pest Inspections), providing objective, evidence-based reports that are clear, practical and easy to understand. Our inspections are independent, thorough and supported by industry-leading technology, including thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, termite detection equipment and drone roof inspections where appropriate. These tools assist in identifying visible defects, moisture intrusion and conditions conducive to timber pest activity that may not otherwise be readily apparent during a standard visual inspection. Every report is prepared with accuracy and consistency.
